Normally compressor of refrigerator works at a single speed and remains in either “ON” or “OFF” position. Inverter helps to alter the speed of the compressor in response to user’s demand. Thus, energy consumption is reduced.
Like compressor, motor can also be controlled by inverter technology.
Similar technology is also used in air conditioning, washing machines, microwave ovens, etc. As mentioned in advertisement, we can “Save the environment” by saving power.
